JOYLAB is for goal-getting women who believe we achieve more, together! The power of collective energy elevates us all.
No! The Membership is for all women on a quest to achieve big goals and dreams. This can include fitness goals, passion projects, or business dreams.
Most important: cheerLEADing. People who truly want to see you win and are bought into your vision coming true just as much as you are.
What also makes these sessions so powerful is the consistent weekly conversation with trusted peers. Brain dumps, challenges, and wisdom shared amongst our small group builds momentum. Iron sharpens iron in these sessions. This is the time for expression, deep support, real talk, ah-ha moments, and invigorated ideas.
Weekly 90 minute meetings that alternate each week's focus between:
1) shifting beliefs/stories, brainstorming, and being held accountable to your vision
2) strategy, action-taking, and creative logistics for the path ahead
Each meeting includes time for each individual to share, receive coaching, and get support from other members.
Simplicity is at the core. You have a lot on your plate and we're removing complicated from the equation!
Each session is 5-25 minutes in length and require no extra equipment.
Part of each session may include: walking, bodyweight exercises, or fun movements to increase balance or coordination, like balancing on one foot! The point of movement isn't just strength or weight loss, it's to receive the mental benefits such as processing, change in perspectives, and fun problem solving.
Part of some sessions also spend on: stretching, breath work, rolling, or yoga.
A minimum of 3 months is what we found for women to get into a groove and set their vision in motion. It goes by QUICK!
Changing mindset, patterns, and habits can take less or more than 3 months (depending on the person and their environments) and the most crucial factor is having people in your life that support and cheerlead you through that transition. That is what JoAnne and I do for you at the core of this membership - hold your hand through the shaky growth periods until you find your footing. We got you girl!
Most clients found the beneficial sweet spot of support to be 6-8 months, but had more positive outcomes with 12 months of coaching.
If you'd like to cancel before the advertised time (3 or 6 months), we require at least 2 weeks notice before you're next upcoming payment. We do not want you to stay if it's not aligned with you. However, we do not issue refunds for requests made after a payment has gone through. We are happy to cancel any remaining future payments.
For the Membership: after 3 months, it goes month-to-month and is a 30 day email notice to cancel your upcoming payment. No refunds for a past charge.
For the Mastermind: after 6 months, it goes month-to-month and is a 30 day email notice to cancel your upcoming payment. No refunds for a past charge.
