JoAnne created such a grounded and safe space during her tapping presentation and yoga session. Her intentional guidance helped me release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I was really excited and nervous to attend as I've attended many GORUCK events in the past but nothing curated just for women! It was awesome! I learned so much and loved the workouts PLUS the workshops and down time to get to know the other women! I've walked away with more rucking sisters!

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
We Get It—Life Happens!
We’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible and understanding as possible because we know the unexpected can happen. At the same time, it helps protect the passion, effort, and dedication we pour into creating these unforgettable experiences.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Cancel within 60 days of paying your deposit: Full refund (minus processing fees)
✅ Cancel after 60 days of paying your deposit: 50% refund
❌ Cancel within 30 days of your event: No refunds, no exceptions
But here’s some good news! Event bookings are transferable. If you find someone who wants to take your spot, they’re welcome to join—just be sure to make the switch at least two weeks before the retreat and let us know.
We know no one signs up for an adventure expecting to cancel, but last-minute changes take a big toll on our time, energy, and resources. As much as we’d love to be flexible, we simply can’t make exceptions—for any reason, including weather, illness, or personal emergencies.
Are these events suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our founding mission is to create events built for all fitness levels and ages. Activity leaders will ensure everyone feels included and challenged appropriately.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We encourage you to bring a friend or three to share this incredible experience with!
What should I bring?
