What is the refund and cancellation policy?
We Get It—Life Happens!
We’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible and understanding as possible because we know the unexpected can happen. At the same time, it helps protect the passion, effort, and dedication we pour into creating these unforgettable experiences.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Cancel within 60+ days: Full refund (minus processing fees)
❌ Cancel within 0-59 days of event: No refunds, no exceptions
But here’s some good news! JOYWKND bookings are transferable. If you find someone who wants to take your spot, they’re welcome to join—just be sure to make the switch at least two weeks before the event and let us know.
We know no one signs up for an experience expecting to cancel, but last-minute changes take a big toll on our time, energy, and resources. As much as we’d love to be flexible, we simply can’t make exceptions—for any reason, including weather, illness, or personal emergencies.
We’re here to make your experience as amazing as possible—so plan ahead, protect your investment, and get ready for an incredible party! 🌍✨
Are these events suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our founding mission is to create events built for all fitness levels and ages. Activity leaders will ensure everyone feels included and challenged appropriately.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Did you see our bestie deal? Save $100 when you purchase 2 tickets! We encourage you to bring a friend or three to share this incredible experience with!
What should I bring?
Yourself dressed in sneakers, athletic/movement attire, a filled water bottle.

How can I apply to be an movement instructor?
Yay! We would love to have you apply to be a session instructor! Click here to fill out the application. We only accept instructors who teach a movement oriented class like yoga, strength training, tai chi, drumming, mobility/stretching, dance, etc. Each instructor is paid $50 and given a personalized affiliate ticket link to make an additional $25 per ticket sold with your link!
How can I apply to be a DJ?
