Life without play is a grind - doing all the things necessary for survival. In JOYLAB, this is the space to experiment, get weird, laugh loudly, and creatively solve the hard challenges, together.

Each week we meet for 90 minutes of coaching and collaboration in our online mastermind.
Choose between Wednesdays 7:30-9pm or Thursdays 10:30am-12pm. Not only do you get support, you share your ideas and experience with others to help and uplift!

Each Monday from 9:30-11am, we meet in person at OS Institute in Fuquay-Varina for a 90-minute blend of movement and mastermind.
45 minutes of movement — reset your energy, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to joy.
45 minutes of mastermind coaching — goal setting, mindset work, hot seats, and strategy to keep your momentum strong.

2 sessions per week means you're around women who build you up more often - helping you feel more confident, clear, and supported to reach those big dreams of yours!

JOYLAB is for goal-getting women who believe we achieve more, together! The power of collective energy elevates us all.
No! We want every woman who has big goals and dreams for herself! That can include fitness goals, passion projects, entrepreneurial dreams!
Weekly 90 minute meetings that alternate each week's focus between:
1) shifting beliefs/stories, brainstorming, and being held accountable to your vision
2) strategy, action-taking, and creative logistics for the path ahead
Each meeting includes hot seat time for each individual to share, receive coaching, and get support from other members.
We focus on proper nervous system regulation for maximized connection, creativity, performance, and purpose. Alternate weeks include:
1) A variety of bodyweight and weighted strength, endurance, and fun activities to drop you into your body for processing, change in perspectives, and fun problem solving.
2) Yin yoga, Yoga Tune Up mobility, stretching, breath work for attunement, insight, awareness, resiliency.
What makes these sessions so powerful is the combination of movement and mastermind. Every session is paired with a specific focus for the class. This is the time for expression, deep support from peers and coaches, ah-ha moments, and invigorated momentum.
We ask for a minimum of 3 months to get into a groove and set your vision in motion. Changing mindset, patterns, and habits can take less or more than 3 months and the most crucial factor is having people in your life that support and cheerlead you through that transition.
After 3 months, it's a 30 day email notice to cancel your upcoming payment. No refunds for a past charge.
