Overachievement Fatigue to Embodied Ease
What is Overachievement fatigue?
This is one of the main symptoms experienced by the women JoAnne and I work with. Heck, WE have experienced this AND we currently deal with it as it sneaks up on us!!
Our definition of Overachievement Fatigue is this:
A woman who has been operating at a high level for so long that “leveling up” feels like another demand, another goalpost that moves the moment they reach it. What they actually need isn’t more to do — it’s a new way to be. But our culture rarely rewards rest, reflection, or slow growth, so they fight an inner rebellion when trying to ease into it.
Raise your hand if this is you? Or you've been through this?! Many, many, many of us know EXACTLY what this feels like.
The problem is, rarely anyone talks about how to actually use it to your advantage and transform it to energy that rockets you to what you want.
Transformation results in what we call, Embodied Ease. Doesn't that sound so flippin' lovely??
We teach women that success without nervous system regulation isn’t success at all.
Because it's that unfulfilled feeling.
It's the overflow of anxiety.
It's the, "this isn't FUN anymore" thoughts.
The transformation happens by learning how to regulate your nervous system and lead from your heart and intuition. You can only get this as a woman through group hype sessions, nature, playful activities, and/or challenging movement experiences together. This stacking leads to sustainable, unbridled power.
In our upcoming Ruck Your World! Retreat in Washington, you're immersed in grounding, community, movement, adventure, nature, and unhurried reflection. Your unattached from your day to day grind to FOCUS ON YOU! If you don't take this time, you repeat the same life year after year. If you take the time, you get to reach new growth, opportunities, and experiences on the regular to live the life of your dreams.
The revelation through choosing a retreat or a mastermind or a class, is embodying that softness and receptivity (which are ultimately feminine) doesn’t make you weaker; it actually multiplies your stamina, resiliency, and clarity!
